1¡¢DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Plastics Engineering is our core technology, enabling us to develop, analyze and engineer products for injection molding and assembly. Applying Plastics Engineering to Part Design brings your concept to life.

Come to Ark with a concept of your part's purpose and appearance, or a partially or fully completed design, and our team of plastics engineers will work to turn your ideas into a tangible, functioning part. Ark knows and understands the plastics industry, and our engineers use their knowledge of the properties and behavior of plastics to identify any problem areas in advance, eliminating potential difficulties with tooling and assembly. They consider the particulars for material selection, decorating, packaging, texture and the environment of the end product to best suit the end design.

2¡¢Project Engineering
¡ú The project engineer act as customer¡¯s representative to follow up tooling schedule and timely report to the customer on quality and delivery issues.The project engineer also guarantees that customer¡¯s technical requirement are followed. ¡ú The project engineer is directly reported to the General Manager to guarantee their instruction are followed by the manufacturing group. ¡ú The project engineer will regularly update the customer on the tooling progress.
3¡¢Moldflow Analysis, Mold Design, N.C. Programming,(CAE/CAD/CAM System)

1>.CAE
Using MOLDFLOW software to simulate the resin flow in cavity, it will offer to mold designer the best reference solution and greatly reduce the tooling development lead time.
2>.CAD
Ark Mold is using the Unigrahics software for product design and mold design. Unigrahics possesses the capability of direct part line processing from product 3D model. The assembly drawing is generated from defining parameters for standard components of mold base, insert parts, slides. The design is completed in a 3D environment and the drawings can be generated in 2D format.
3>.CAM
The Unigrahics software is extended into the CAM process. Data consistency is guaranteed by using the data from the CAD file for the CAM job of NC programming.
