Plastics Engineering is our core technology,

Engineering
¡ú The project engineer act as customer¡¯s representative
to follow up tooling schedule and timely report to the
customer on quality and delivery issues.The project engineer
also guarantees that customer¡¯s technical requirement
are followed.¡ú The project engineer is directly reported
to the General Manager to guarantee their instruction
are followed by the manufacturing group.¡ú The project
engineer will regularly update the customer on the tooling
progress. 3¡¢Moldflow Analysis, Mold Design,
N.C. Programming,(CAE/CAD/CAM System)
1>.CAE
Using MOLDFLOW software to simulate the resin
flow in cavity, it will offer to mold designer the best
reference solution and greatly reduce the tooling development
lead time.

2>.CAD
Ark Mold is using the Unigrahics software for product
design and mold design. Unigrahics possesses the capability
of direct part line processing from product 3D model.
The assembly drawing is generated from defining parameters
for standard components of mold base, insert parts, slides.
The design is completed in a 3D environment and the drawings
can be generated in 2D format. |

3>.CAM
The Unigrahics software is extended into the CAM process.
Data consistency is guaranteed by using the data from
the CAD file for the CAM job of NC programming. |
